Objekat se ne nalazi u samom centru ali mu je to prednost a ne mana. Razlog tome je taj sto ste odvojeni od guzve i buke na Baliju a prevoz je jeftin do samog centra. Objekat je izuzetno cist, prostran, osoblje preljubazno. Ovo je jedino objekat koji izgleda bolje nego na slikama. Prvobitno smo planirali 5 dana ostati pa se prebaciti u Ubud ali kad smo vidjeli kako izgledaju ostali hoteli odlucili smo ostati u ovom hotelu. Topla preporuka i nema kajanja😉

Smještaj je na izuzetno dobroj lokaciji , soba je velika , veoma čista i sa veoma udobnim krevetom. Domaćini će se pobrinuti da vam bude udobno , pomoći vam da naučite mnogo o kulturi i običajima na Baliju , i dati savjete da posjetite neka mjesta koja nećete pronaći u vodičima za putovanja. Osoblje, lokacija, čistoća, veličina smještaja, bazen, doručak - ma baš sve je za čistu peticu! Sve pohvale osoblju i vlasnicima i apsolutna preporuka da odsjednete u Lucky Family Cottagu ako posjećujete Ubud. Također, vlasnik nam je pronašao i skuter za najam po izuzetno povoljnoj cijeni. Ako se ikada bude vratio na Bali, Lucky Family Cottage će sigurno biti mjesto na koje ću se vratiti. Hvala još jednom!

Everything was perfect! The staff is the nicest people we have met in Ubud, and the facilities is lovely. The Ocean view room is 10/10. You can’t go wrong with Ayana, a perfect stay.

We had a private Butler - Hendra - who was excellent!! Very helpful and nice.

The room looks exactly on the featured photo. Location is good since its near some restaurants, spa and beaches. Room and toilet is clean, Pool is big enough, and the staff is very kind.

Everything was excellent - service, the workers, the room, facilities. Beautiful natural springs. Beautiful design of the whole property overall - all outside and natural which is a different experience. Worth the money. Breakfast was great (included with the stay and decent selection. I had the Bubur/porridge). The juice selections were great. I personally like that they provide bathrobe in our rooms, we wore it during our morning walk. the Bathroom was outside (open space). The tab water is filtered and drinkable. They provide free local beer, kombucha, local snacks in our rooms. We stayed at Olera and Orin house - just be aware that there is no soundproof between first and second floor, however, with the AC on, the white noise blocked most quite noises, except if something is dropped on the floor and when my friends walked around which is completely normal. Just for awareness, due the location being outside, there will be mosquitoes but that's just how it is with open concept property. Again we're here for the nature/outside experience!

Decent cliff pool villa with ocean view. The pop-up ice cream & shuttle car was really good. Please do reserve the spa in advance, the singing bowl relaxation was impressive. At NYE countdown, there was a Kecak fire dancing show which was amazing! All staff were really nice & kind.

First of all the staff: service at the Kayon was by far the best in all of our Bali trip, which is a lot to say since usually service in Bali is amazing. Windy our Buttler made us a couple of surprises when she found out we were celebrating our honeymoon and also she and Hendrick always helped us arrange everything we needed (reservations for dinner, activities, floating breakfast, scooter rental, etc etc). The main 3 infinity pools were amazing and everything we expected. Happy our from 11 to 3 was also great, since the cocktails were REALLY good! Our villa was super confortable, with an amazing infinity pool (stayed at the Valley Villas with private pool). Great Mie Goreng! All the staff was super nice. They helped you with the pictures with great patience..!!
