As soon as I walked in the door I felt it was a warm and friendly apartment. In fact it was so welcoming I booked a second night! Everything was comfortable and done in a homely style. A bonus was being allowed in when we arrived at midday. A real treat for a tired hiker!

Offering views of the mountains and the Mont Blanc, La Portette B&B features mountain-like accommodation with a furnished terrace. Free ski and luggage storage and free Wi-Fi are provided.

One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The hosts Liz and Andy were friendly and very helpful. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the B&B. Liz is an excellent chef and both meals were exceptional. We ate our dinner on the balcony with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc in the distance. The home has been fully renovated but still maintains many of the features of the original house; a real treasure. Our room which included a bathroom, was clean and had lots of charm. Internet was good. Lots of parking in the square beside the house.

Location is fabulous. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The view is outstanding! We had a wonderful time.

Located just a 15-minute drive from Montchavin Ski Station, Gite Les Grands Champs is set amongst the Alps and offers a terrace, children’s play area and ski pass reduction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this chalet. Despite its simplicity, the cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches made for a delightful stay. The charm of the surroundings and the friendly host created a memorable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a genuine and comfortable place to stay. Great location too.
